Prabhu Shri Ram was the son of Sri Dasharatha who was Suryavanshi Maharaj of Ayodhya
and his eldest queen Kaushalya.
Prabhu Shri Rama was the ideal son, he always obeyed all the orders of his parents.
All references in Ramayana show that Lord Shri Rama always followed all the boundaries of religion,
That is why he is also known as "Maryada-Purshottam"
Prabhu Sri Ram is the hero of the epic Ramayana composed by the Sri Valmiki hrushi.

हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार, प्रभु श्री राम अयोध्या के सूर्यवंशी महाराज श्री दशरथ और उनकी सबसे बड़ी महारानी कौशल्या के पुत्र थे।
श्री राम आदर्श पुत्र थे, राम ने हमेशा अपने माता-पिता की सभी आज्ञाओं का पालन किया।
रामायण के सभी संदर्भों से पता चलता है कि भगवान श्री राम ने हमेशा धर्म की सभी सीमाओं का पालन किया,
यही कारण है कि उन्हें भारतीय ( हिंदू ) जनमानस में "मर्यादापुरुषोत्तम" के रूप में भी जाना जाता है।
प्रभु श्री राम ऋषि श्री वाल्मीकि द्वारा रचित महाकाव्य रामायण के नायक हैं।

सीतावल्लभाय धीमहि ।
