|| Shree Navagrahas ||The term Navagrahas is derived from two words i.e. nava which means nine and graha which means planets.These are the nine astronomical bodies as given below. The Navagraha are:
Surya (Ravi): The Sun
Chandra (Soma): The Moon
Mangala (Mangal): The Mars
Budha (Budh): The Mercury
Dev Guru (Brihaspati): The Jupiter
Shukra: The Venus
Shani: The Saturn
Rahu: Ascending or north Lunar node
Ketu: Descending or south Lunar node

As per Hindu puranas The above planets are considered as deities in Hinduism and the Hindu astrology.These above listed nine astronomical bodies are praised as Navagraha in hindusm.

नवग्रह हैं:

2. चंद्र
3. मंगल
4. बुध
5. बृहस्पति
6. शुक्र
7. शनि
8. राहू
9. केतु
हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार, उपरोक्त ग्रहों को हिंदू धर्म और हिंदू ज्योतिष में देवताओं के रूप में माना जाता है।
