Om Namah Shivaya
Lord Shivaji is originally from Mount Kailas and Goddess Parvati (Adishakti) is his Ardhangini (Wife). While Shri Ganesh and Karthikeya are considered his sons.
He is also known as Mahadev.
Shiva's color is white like that of Kapoor, so he is also called 'Karpoorgaur'.
Shiva is also known as Gangadhar, because the Ganges flows through Mahadeva's Jatas, and also Lord Shiva holds the moon on his forehead. Shiva is also called Nagendra as Lord Shiva holding Vasuki Nag aroundhis neck.
There is a third eye on Shivji's forehead between the eyebrows and just above the eyebrow.
